Learning unit contents
Research seminar related, during the academic year 2018-2019, at the study of the representations of different types of legal systems'breaches in movies.
A list of some movies and preparatory lectures will be sent to the students during the first quadrimester.

Study of the relations between some important works in the history of philosophy or in artistic disciplines and legal thought.

Interactive seminar (students have to present some aspects of the works chosen for the seminar and participate to discussions around these works)

Assessment methods and criteria
Students will be assessed on the basis of an oral presentation within the framework of the course, the participation of the student to the discussions and a written piece of work written following this presentation.
