- the fundamental mechanisms of learning (conditioned reflexes, automatization, conceptual networks)
- the elements that facilitate learning (motivation, respect for learning rates and styles, previous knowledge, the right to make mistakes, etc.)
- the ASCID model for learning events

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

This course aims to provide students with the tools to develop the most efficient educational interventions in order to help individuals adopt positive health behaviours.
By the end of the course, students should be able to:
- identify training needs in individual cases;
- identify the best educational methods and conditions for health behaviour change;
- devise teaching sequences favourable to health behaviour change.
