The course examines several issues of contemporary poetry (author, style, genre, realism...) from the work of Roland Barthes.

Initiate to poetic approach and to the Roland Barthes's works.

Summaries of the works of Barthes realized by the teacher and the reading commented by texts.

Classroom teaching.

Recommended or required readings

Any personal reading of Roland Barthes's texts is welcome.

Oral examination.

The course takes place in the first four-month period on Fridays from 14 to 16 hours in the classroom A2 5/6.
