Learning unit contents
The aim of the seminar is one introduction to the functions of the human ressources (recruitement, sélection, trraining, evaluation, mobility). The course will present also the dimensions of the department management. It will be possible to compare the theory at the reality in the institution.

- To understand advantages and sifficulties of HR
- To understand the specific situation in some domains
