- State and trend of the agriculture
- Analyses and factors of food insecurity

- Monitoring and forecasting with agrometeorological tools
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Give the students the ability to analyse the food insecurity of a given situation by teaching different methodologies applies operationaly in several developing countries. The student will make himself/herself familiar with some tools for specific analyses or monitoring of the food insecurity.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
- Notions of remote sensing, climatology and agrometeorology
- Basic knowledge of statistics

Exercise of yield forecasting on data from a developing country
