Learning outcomes of the learning unit

- The population concerned.
- The characteristics of the sport.
- The traditional methods of training.
- The existing means.
- The set reasonable goals.

From the various elements highlighted, a reflexive approach will be used to determine how to construct types sessions and an intelligent programming.
The practical work will develop a reflective approach to any development of training.

Upstream: Basics of sports training (3 BSM) and factors of sport performance and evaluation of athletic performance (2 BSM).
In co-requisites: conceptualization of training: part 1
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The course discover the peculiarities of planning in major sports categories. It also seeks the reflexive approach.
The courses offered allow to discover the concept of physical préparatipon in real situations.
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning)
See vademecum.

Assessment methods and criteria
The theoretical examination is held in two sessions. The first part is a written test comprising a series of open questions. The answers require a mix of sports knowledge and reflection. the second part takes place one or two days and consists of an oral examination. Students then have the opportunity to improve their rating. It does not fluctuate by more than two points from the written note.
The practical assessment is done on various criteria: class attendance, motivation and quality of courses and internships completed reports.
Theoretical notes account for 70% of points. Note to practice 30%. A score lower than 8/20 in one party leads to a final score lower than 8/20.
Work placement(s)
15h course (10h + 5h) with two physical trainers. A team sport and an individual sport must be observed.
