Actual cases related to courses of law of obligations, tort law, constitutional law and European law.

Students might be able to solve concrete problems. The course aims at placing students in situations they will have to deal with in their future professional life.

Students have to follow in parallel the following courses : Law of obligations, tort law, european law, and constitutional law.
