Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program
Learning unit contents :
- The different quantitative and qualitative methods of diagnostic of psychosocial risks and associated damage (stress, burnout, etc.)
 - The different types of interventions in prevention and management of psychosocial risks and job stress, their frequency and efficiency: primary, secondary and tertiary preventions, including the issue of returning to work after absence due to burnout
 - Illustrations of approaches implemented in some companies to assess and manage psychosocial risks and job stress
 - Project management in psychosocial risks
 - To learn a method for assessing psychosocial risks and job stress : the WOCCQ methodology
Learning outcomes of the learning unit :
- To be able to choose the right stress management interventions according to the diagnosis of psychosocial risks at work
- To train the students to criticize for different interventions proposed to the organizations.

A part of this course will be used for learning the 'WOCCQ' methodology for psychosocial diagnosis through e-learning.
Intervention of professionals in the field of psychosocial risks management
Mode of delivery (face-to-face ; distance-learning) :
The course will include a part for traditional lessons.
The other part will include the e-learning part (+/- 20 working hours).
