Partim by D. Lison : Hygiène Aim : Introduction to the major notions of toxicology and industrial hygiene in order to be able to discuss with specialists in the domain. Contents : The course will introduce the major concepts of danger, risk, exposure, allowable values, and inter-individual susceptibility, and will illustrate them based on examples taken from the field. The various control approaches to chemical exposure will be presented. Partim by I. Hansez and JF Leroy: Psychosocial Aspects Aim : To make participants aware of the recent changes in the world of work and the impact of this transformation of work on the well-being of workers. To introduce the basic concepts and definitions linked to psychosocial aspects and to give an insight into diagnosis and intervention approaches. Contents : The course will provide an insight into the evolution and changes that have taken place in the world of work. It will deal with and define the various problems linked to psychosocial aspects at work. Different processes will be dealt with: from professional stress to exhaustion, from moral harassment to work relations problems. An insight will also be given into the different methods of diagnosis and intervention. Partim by A. Van Daele : Ergonomics Aim : To make participants aware of the multiple facets of ergonomics and its current stakes. To provide an insight into the basic concepts, reference models and ergonomic methods. To introduce students to ergonomic intervention. Contents : The course will define the notions of physical and cognitive ergonomics. It will introduce the concepts of work, task (prescribed, actual, etc.) and activity. It will present the analysis of the work from a systemic perspective, based on numerous examples. It will provide insight into ergonomic intervention through its objectives, principles, criteria, stages, etc. |
