| The aim of this course is to prepare the student to the writing of a dissertation. Students will familiarize themselves with different kinds of documents. Students will also learn to formulate a correct search in different types of resources in order to get access to relevant, up to date, high quality print and electronic publications. The course will deal with the assessment of information. Students will be introduced to the usage of a reference manager. They will be aware of the importance of the monitoring of information. The course will address communication issues, and, more specifically, aspects of synthesis and the notions of oral and written presentation. | ||||||||

The student will comment one of his own translations, drawing on relevant resources. He/she will write a synthetic note in order to recontextualize the text he/she translated. The student will explicitly explain his research strategy and will make a bibliography criteria
