Course contents :
For non-lawyers, the course describes, in broad terms, legal issues posed by the working man and man without work and the diversity of responses through time and space. A historical and comparative approach is preferred to a statement of positive law, in order to adapt to the needs of students in the human science.
Learning outcomes of the course :
At the end of the course the student is able to understand the issues of social law, it relates to the collective labor relations (right to strike, unions responsibility, ...) or individual (safety, equality of workers, ...), the social security law or employment policy and vocational training.
