Course contents :
Deepening of quality systems and international standards. Quality management principles. Quality mangement in laboratories (Accreditation ISO 17025, BPL). Principles of audits. Validation of analytical methods - uncertainty of measures
Learning outcomes of the course :
Present an overview of the standards, specify the requirements of the mains and replace them in their normative context. After completing the course the student is expected to - understand the different quality standards and their own requirements, - voice a critical opinion regarding the choice of the appropriate system of reference, - Master the basic knowledge for the implementation of a system quality
- Draft a document quality
- Prepare and realize an internal audit
