  • · know and understand the social issues within organizations
  • · know and understand the political issues influencing organizations
  • · analyze and understand the relations between HRM and the main functions in a firm
  • · assess critically political, economic and business information at national and international levels
  • · identify ethical and responsible behavior in organizations

One written exam in january - questions using case study and some theorical and mangerial notions in course - 70% questions linked with texts to read before and prepare for the exam 30% Oral exam - same in june -
