Course contents :  
This lecture is based on external speakers coming from enterprises. Industrial ¿specialists¿ speak about various topics in relation with industrial world realities. Even if the topics may vary from a year to another, the learning remains the same. Each years, some speakers, who come from various origins, talk with students about their career, their know-how and ¿field¿ facts. For example, the following subjects were recently approached : company founding, organization philosophy, validation, internal and external communication, marketing techniques.
Learning outcomes of the course :  
The objective of this lesson is to make students aware of non-technical facts of company, and requests of management oriented positions. The program is allowing students to have a open view on industry and also on its external world. At the end of the formation, the students must be aware of non-technical facts of company, and requests of management oriented positions. Students must be able to give a critical opinion concerning the requirements related to the function of engineer.
