| Course contents : | - Policy about well-being at work, including policy about mobbing at work
- Internal and external services for well-being and stress prevention
- Theoretical concepts and theories including occupational stress, psychosocial risks, mobbing, burnout, job engagement
- Evaluation methods of psychosocial risks and job stress including the WOCCQ methodology
- Project management as far as psychosocial risks are concerned
- Stress management and stress prevention interventions |

| Course objective : | - To be able to use the Belgian policy about well-being at work, the constraints for the employer, the internal and external structures of the organization that have to deal with this topic
- To know the concepts of well-being at work and the tools of risks assessment.
- To be able to choose the right stress management interventions according to the diagnosis of psychosocial risks at work
- To train the students to criticize for different interventions proposed to the organizations. |

| Workshops : | A part of this course will be used for learning the 'WOCCQ' methodology for psychosocial diagnosis through e-learning |
 |
| Organization : | The course will include a part for traditional lessons (10 lessons of 2 hours). The other part will include the e-learning part (+/- 20 working hours). |

| Written notes : | Syllabus including written notes, slides, a list of reference and examples of tools for evaluating psychosocial risks. |

| Assessment : | Evaluation of the e-learning session (individual report)
