| Course contents : | 1. The concept of "change" within the organisational context. 2. Consultancy and intervention processes. 3. Quality control methods. 4. Training methods. 5. Group or team support methods. 6. Individual support methods. 7. Project management methods. 8. Organisational development methods. 9. Consultancy and the demands of professionalism. 10. Ethical problems posed by consultancy. |

| Course objective : | 1. To understand the conceptual and epistemological framework relating to change and its goals. 2. To acquire the theoretical foundations which enable students to decode the main processes of consultancy. 3. To acquire the methodological and technical foundations which enable students to carry out the main consultancy processes. 4. To raise students' awareness of contemporary issues in organisations and the role that consultancy plays in organisational psychology. 5. To put the professional opportunities of organisational psychology consultancy into perspective. 6. To develop a critical approach to consultancy and organisational psychology, as well as the theories and practices connected with it. |

| Written notes : | Reading folder. |

| Assessment : | A real, but "anonymised" case study will be given to students several weeks before the exam. In groups, students will analyse the problems presented by the case study, then will elaborate and document a proposal for intervention. The examination will consist in presenting and defending this proposal. |
