Building a guide for group leaders. 5. The main techniques for leading a task group. 6. Attitudes towards leadership. 7. Critical incidents and how to manage them. 8. Feedback techniques. 9. Ethical problems posed by leadership in practice. |

| Course objective : | 1. To acquire the theoretical foundations required to decode the main types and styles of leadership. 2. To acquire the methodological foundations and techniques required to establish the minimal sequences required for group leadership 3. To learn how to use the methods and techniques covered in class 4. To put the professional application of group leadership into perspective 5. To develop a critical approach to the student's own leadership practices |

| Written notes : | Reading folder. |

| Assessment : | The student will design, draw up and test a specific leadership plan. The examination will consist of the presentation and defence of the plan created. |
