| Course contents : | 1. The concept of "organisation" and the field of organisational psychology. 2. Overview of the history of organisational theory. 3. Focus on the systemic approach to organisations. 4. Organisational structures and their impact on human behaviour. 5. Influence, power and leadership in organisations. 6. The phenomenon of conflict and organisations. 7. Groups and teams in organisations. 8. Managing knowledge and the "learning organisation". 9. Organisational culture. 10. The phenomenon of organisation strangleholds. |

| Course objective : | 1. To understand the conceptual, epistemological and metaphorical frameworks underlying the psychology of organisations. 2. To acquire the theoretical foundations required for decoding the main psychological, individual and collective phenomena in an organisational context. 3. To personally experience the concepts of management, teamwork and leading change in an organisation, via an organisational simulation. 4. To raise students' awareness of current issues in organisations and the role that organisational psychology plays. 5. To put the professional opportunities posed by group dynamics into perspective.
6. To develop a critical approach to group dynamics, as well as its theories and practices. |
