Course contents :  This compulsory practical work consists of participating in a week-end of role-playing and case studies, during which change situations encountered by professional consultants will be simulated. The strategies which these professionals adopted will then be analysed.
Course objective :  1. To acquire the theoretical foundations to enable students to decode the main processes of consultation
2. To acquire the methodological and technical foundations required to carry out the main processes involved in consultancy.
3. To raise students' awareness of current big issues in organisations and the role that consultancy plays in organisational psychology.
4. To put the professional opportunities posed by organisational psychology consultancy into perspective.
5. To develop a critical approach to consultancy and organisational psychology, its theories and practices.
Prerequisites :  The student must follow the course on psychosocial change in organisations (PSYC1079-2)
Assessment :  This practical work will be the subject of a written report which will form the basis of establishing a grade for the practical work.
