Course objective :  Comprehension of a labor market and specifications

Respect of the rules and the deontology about appplicants



Know better the methods for a good and realistic selection

Choose good tools for selection
Prerequisites :  a course about operational HRM or social law
Workshops :  Resarch individual or with small groups

Theorical or practical subject to present (2/3 of the final evaluation)

A4 : theorical or parctical subject to choose and present with referentials
