Course contents :  Introduction to quality systems and international standards.
Product certification.
Quality management principles.
Quality system structure - documentation.
Audits.
Accreditation ISO 17025.
Food safety management systems : HACCP method.
BRC, IFS, ISO 22000
Course objective :  Present an overview of the standards, specify the requirements of the mains and replace them in their normative context.
After completing the course the student is expected to
- understand the different quality standards and their own requirements,
- voice a critical opinion regarding the choice of the appropriate system of reference,
- master the basic knowledge in order to sept up an HACCP system.
