| Course objective : | The practical work is complementary to knowledge in the field of food science acquired during the 2 courses included in the programme of the 1st doctorat (VETE1023-1 et VETE1024-1). |

Who ? The attendance is required. Justification of any absence has to be sent to the secretary of the Department before the end of the week. If the absence is not regularized, an "A" (for Absent) final mark is attributed. |
