Course contents :  This course is describing the main quality and safety management systems available for the food chain operators and for laboratories

Course objective :  The objectives of the course are to give to the students the main principles of the management systems and of their verification.

The students will not be able to develop alone management systems or to audit their implementation by copanies but will be able to understand or toexplain the goals of the different standards.

Workshops :  Nihil
Organization :  Seven modules of theoritical courses
Written notes :  Copies of the slides and of the refrence documents on WEB-CT platform.
