Course objective :  1. To acquiere the theorical basis needed to decode the main processes of interpersonal communication
2. To acquiere the methodological and technical basis needed to support interviewed aimed at collecting information
3. To learn to put at work methods and techniques taught
4. To put in prospect the professional application of interviews
5. To develop a critical look towards one's own interviewing practice
Workshops :  This mandatory practical work takes the forms of participating in four days of role play and try out during which, through video feedback among others, students evaluate and perfect their practice of interviewing. The grade of this practical work is set based on the student's participation and prestation during these four days.
Written notes :  A dossier containing relevant reading
Assessment :  The student prepares, realises, films a real interview on a theme given by the teacher. The exam consists of the presentation of the prestation and its critical analysis by the student.
