Course contents :  The purpose of the course is to analyse the link between the HR function and the develoment of new management tools (competences, MBO, etc.)
Course objective :  Study of the rle and place of the HR function in a context of new management
Workshops :  Continuous evaluation: 4 tools wiil be analysed. For each tool, the students will depone (individually or collectively, depending on the number of students) a file in which they present their perception of the HR stakes. This file will be presented during the session dedicated to the tool. (50% of the points)

Final evaluation: open course. The students will have to analyse a new tool and discuss the HR stakes. (50% of the points)

Four sessions dedicated to the analyse of the tools.
