- Necessary steering tools. Risks if some are forgotten.
- Analysis of an integrated pay policy model.
-Methods to classify jobs and job qualifications, methods based on competences
- Payroll cost. How to include a pay rise in the budget ?
- Alternative pay practices: overview.
- Social management charts. Social auditing. Social assessment.
IV. Human Resources Management & Skill Development :
- Career planning: illusions & realities... How to evaluate the potential ?
- Training policy: detecting the needs. Training types. T raining program & financing. Training assessment. Deviation management.
Course objective : - To make differences between HR & Personal Management;
- To deepen the knowledge of the major sub-functions of Human Resources Management;
- To get students used to managing tools & procedures peculiar to People Management.
