| Course contents : | Each seminar previews a round table to make the point on "on-site training" evolution and on the problem students have had. The second part of the seminar is devoted to the detailed speach of an "on-site training" experience for a student. | |||||

| Course objective : | to talk about the practical aspects of the students "on-site training". To be informed about the "on-site training" of the other students and to be able to analyse the problematics related to human ressources through evocated case-studies. | |||||

| Organization : | the fact to present his own "on-site training" ti student of the next year has present a double interest : for student actually in "on-site training" and for the student who already have realised one but who want to know more about the practice | |||||

| Assessment : | The evaluation of the session is based on the critical analysis of an interesting problem through different speach, on the seminar attending and participation. Same porcess for 1st and 2nd session | |||||
