| Course objective :
| - To be able to use the Belgian policy about well-being at work, the constraints for the employer, the structures internal and external to the organization that have to deal with this topic - To know the concepts of well-being at work and the tools of risks assessment. - To be able to choose the right stress management interventions according to the diagnosis of psychosocial risks at work - To train the students to like criticizing for different interventions proposed to the organizations. | |
