- Stress: Which tools for the evaluation ?
- Stress management: Which kind of interventions in the workplace ?
- Other concepts about well-being at work (burnout, job satisfaction, etc.)
- Mobbing
- Organizational changes
- Flexibility practices in organization
- Career end for workers
Course objective : - To be able to use the Belgian policy about well-being at work, the constraints for the employer, the structures internal and external to the organization that have to deal with this topic
- To know the concepts of well-being at work and the tools of risks assessment.
- To be able to choose the right stress management interventions according to the diagnosis of psychosocial risks at work
- To train the students to like criticizing for different interventions proposed to the organizations.
Prerequisites : Developing Human Resources (1)
Written notes : Written notes and list of references
Assessment : Written exam in January
Oral exam in September
