Course contents : 1. Analysis and critics of flexibility's practical experiences in industry.
2. Consequences'analysis of those practical experiences on organisation and people: work accident, stress, exclusion and mourning.
3. Psychological methods' study allowing to moderate or to disappear those consequences.
Course objective : To develop students' knowledge and their critical aptitude about the changes in the work field.
Prerequisites : Basis in work psychology.
Written notes : Syllabus
References adviced according to the developped subjects.
Assessment : Personnal written work on studied concepts chosen from a list given during the first course.
Each delay will be sanctionned.
Each work written by a group could be evaluated by an oral presentation if the professor finds it necessary.
