Course contents : The course will deal with the different aspects of distribution both in B2B and B2C context

- Retail distriubution ( Large distribution networks )
- Specialized distribution networks
- Point of sales management
- The franchizing
- Procurement management
- Distribution and maintenance channels in industries and manufacturing
- Cash & Carry management methods
Course objective : To help students analyse the main distribution channels ( both national and international) and design the marketing strategies to implement it.
To help students understand how to design and implement the marketing strategies for retail sales
Prerequisites : MKTG 552 Marketing
