Course contents : 1. Reading and writing acquisition
2. Developmental disorders in reading anec writing acquisition (theorical point of view, associated disorders, ...)
3. Cognitive models for reading and writing
4. Diagnostic process and therapy.
Course objective :
  • Presentation, description and analysis of real clinical cases in order to prepare student to the parctical part of the cursus.
  • To give a complete and up date information about dyslexia and dysorthographia.
  • To bring students to established accurate diagnostic and to build accurate therapy plan.
Workshops : From January to May

  • Tests practice
  • Clinical cases analysis
Organization : From September to December, 2 hours/week of theorical courses + personnal work at home.
Written notes :
  • Copy of the powerpoint presentations.
  • Scientific papers and book chapters.
Assessment :
  • Theory : 2 hours - opened questions
  • Practice : 2 hours - cases analysis
