Course objective : This course will prepare students for the international opening up or growth of their future (small, medium or multinational) company.
Indeed for a company, going international means a lot of problems at all levels, and particular solutions.

The course aims at highlighting those problems & solutions in order to learn how to :
- approach other markets
- understand different environments
- take new cultures into account
- adapt your organization & your management style.
Prerequisites : Basic knowledge of management
Organization : - lectures or cases personal accounts
- articles to be read or prepared in advance
- presentations & debates in class.
