| Course contents :
| Development of the « savoir-être » of future executives as people managers. In other words : to teach him to communicate better, to run a team, to negotiate, to be in charge of people. The Management Ethics module, on the other hand, will aim at : making future managers aware of ethical elements in corporate management; developing a clear-minded & critical attitude to these elements. | |

Participative management : Participative management by objectives - Better negotiation : - Basic mechanisms & key concepts, rational & relational dimensions - Integrative & distributive negotiation - Constraints - Reasoned negotiation methods (Fisher & Ury) - Strategies & tactics, managing conflicts within the company - After negotiations - Better staff management : - Types of management, post components, integration in a manager's function, leadership, self-analysis, teamwork, introduction of change, support limits. - « Management Ethics » Module - The responsibility of the company in some essential fields : environmental, social & human resources responsibilities - Fundamental questions : the limits of ethics, difference between morality & ethic | |
