Learning unit contents

Two courses dealing with different subjects are organised each year :

In even-numbered years, courses are organised in the following areas: Metaphysics and knowledge practices theory; Contemporary theoretical philosophy.

In the odd-numbered years, courses are organised in the following areas: Political Philosophy; Philosophy of Science and History of Philosophy.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

Students must be able to perform a precise and rigorous analysis of a philosophical text.

Prerequisite knowledge and skills

Undergraduate level in philosophy. Passive English language skills

Planned learning activities and teaching methods

Readings and argumentative discussions.
