Learning unit contents

This course aims at giving the principles of the UN convention on the international sale of goods.

International trade cooperation

The course is divided into two parts:

- study of the institutions of international trade cooperation (WTO, raw materials agreements, international investments)

- study of the institutions of international financial cooperation (IMF and World Bank groupe)

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of the course, the student will be able to analyse an international sale of goods contract

At the end of this course, the student will have a theoretical knowledge of the institutions of international economic cooperation.
