Learning unit contents

Aimed at non-lawyers, the course provides a broad overview of social law in its two components: labor law and social security law.

Learning outcomes of the learning unit

At the end of the course, students will be able to understand the issues involved in social law, whether it concerns collective labor relations (the right to strike, the responsibilities of trade unions, etc.) or individual labor relations (safety at work, equality among workers, etc.), and social security law.
