Learning unit contents

Analysis of building performance from the perspective of its environmental impact throughout the building's life cycle, including site selection, material choices, construction, and the management of energy, water, and waste, alongside introduction to methods for assessing environmental performance.

Understand when and how a building's environmental performance can be improved throughout its life cycle, from design and construction to use, renovation, and eventual demolition.
