Learning unit contents

The course covers:
- the organisation of the medical council
- medical ethics

- drawing up certificates
- the law on patients' rights
- medical confidentiality
- end-of-life legislation
- doctors' liability
in other words, the legal and ethical foundations on which medicine is based.

By the end of this course, students will be able to understand the legal and ethical boundaries of practising their profession.
