Learning unit contents
"The master's thesis is the final outcome of university studies. It shows that the student has acquired sufficient competencies to carry out a deep and rigorous investigation of a question. If considered satisfactory by the jury, the master's thesis testifies that the student is able to undertake, on their own, a research project, to gather information on the chosen issue, to suggest an accurate and detailed observation, to analyze it, to situate it in line with the theoretical discourses that enable a better comprehension of this issue, and, above all, to build a personal and original overview of it." In addition to fulfilling the expectations stated in the master's thesis rules issued by the Médias, Culture et Communication department, the master's thesis for the Teaching Master's degree, S4 "Arts du spectacle et Techniques de diffusion et de communication" will also comply with the requirements set forth in the "Décret modifiant le décret du 7 février 2019 définissant la formation initiale des enseignants" (Communauté française, 2022. Online: https://gallilex.cfwb.be/sites/default/files/imports/50119_000.pdf), in its articles 19 and 23.
