Learning unit contents
The course aims to deepen participants' practical and theoretical knowledge of psychological disorders, with a particular focus on therapeutic strategies that can be implemented with adults during initial psychological consultations.
The course will be delivered through flipped classrooms. Working in groups, students will present on the implementation of specific skills chosen at the beginning of the course. Supervision sessions with the teacher and/or her assistant will be organised to help prepare for the course. The course is intended to be interactive and aims to encourage the sharing of internship experiences.
If there are enough students enrolled, experienced clinical psychologists who are experts in dealing with specific problems will also come and train the students.

Planned learning activities and teaching methods
The clinical conceptualization and interventions are teached through clinical vignettes by experts.
Oral presentations by the students.
Mode of delivery (face to face, distance learning, hybrid learning)
Presentations by experienced psychotherapists about the tools they ususally employ. Case studies, video recordings and role-playing games will be presented to students.
Student presentations (oral presentations prepared together with members of the cognitive-behavioural psychology clinic).
