Interdisciplinarity
This training aims to develop students' skills in interprofessional collaboration. It is organized around a full day during which students are divided into multidisciplinary groups (future doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and pharmacists). Activities are held beforehand and possibly afterward to complement the day

Interdisciplinarity
1. Communicate with other professionals in a spirit of interdisciplinary collaboration, which involves:
a. knowing one's own roles, limits, and competencies as a professional, and sharing them with other professionals;
b. respecting the roles, limits, and competencies of professionals within one's own discipline as well as those from other disciplines;
c. being able to adapt one's professional language to an interdisciplinary exchange.
2. Take one's place within an interdisciplinary network coordinated around a patient, which involves:
a. identifying one's role within this network;
b. assessing the specific contributions of each professional in the overall management of the patient;
c. being able to coordinate and plan appropriate care;
d. taking into account the concerns raised by other professionals to adjust care;
e. participating in shared clinical decision-making / defining health objectives and an integrated care plan centered on the patient.

The mark for this course (/20) will be calculated as follows:
Great day of interdiscplinarity:
if present: 9 points
if justified absence (CM): compensatory work: mark out of 9
if unjustified absence: compensatory work: mark out of 6
If absent from the preparatory activity for the big day: -2
If you take part in 4 hours of training/conference/webinar directly related to physiotherapy*: 5 points (0 point if you take part in less than 4 hours).
Participation in all these activities will therefore result in a mark of 14/20.
In the event of participation in more training/conferences/webinars, an additional 0.5 points will be awarded for each 2 hours completed.
Each student is required to keep a portfolio indicating the number of hours completed (training/conference/webinars) + proof of attendance. The portfolio must be inserted in e-campus no later than 1 month before the examination.
Any (attempted) fraud will be penalised by a mark of "0/20" for this course code.
