Learning unit contents
Face-to-face courses with the 5A method as a guideline for promoting physical activity adapted to health professionals, and more specifically physiotherapists.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
Train future physiotherapists to promote physical activity for health purposes with their patients.
Based on a practice-oriented approach recognized for encouraging, through the intervention of health professionals such as physiotherapists, the adoption of an active lifestyle: the 5A method.
You will therefore be able to tailor your actions/talk to each patient as part of promoting physical activity.
