Learning unit contents
These practical classes are divided into swimming lessons (lifesaving) and "land-based" sports lessons. The aim is to offer students a diverse range of physical activities, an introduction to exercises that are useful for physical preparation, and an introduction to physical education teaching methods. Land sports include various team and individual sports, as well as physical training sessions aimed at improving physical condition, guided exercises, and an introduction to the basics of muscle strengthening in the weight room.
Another objective is to discover fundamental motor skills education according to the CEReKi method.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The student will have to demonstrate: * ability to learn and master new motor skills * its ability to move autonomously and under control in the aquatic environment * mastery of basic pool rescue techniques * ability to design, manage and supervise a group gymnastics session. * to correctly realize and direct a movement of bodybuilding by being able to quote the main muscle groups solicited and the criteria of execution
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Elementary swimming is necessary.

Teaching is based on practical courses and an introduction to CEReKi through an eCampus learning program.

Practical classes are spread over the two four-month terms (see timetable).
Attendance is compulsory. If, at the end of the year, a 2/3 attendance rate has not been achieved, the student will be marked absent for the June and September exam sessions.
In the event of a sporting disability, students are required to attend the class and will be marked as "passively present." Otherwise, students will be marked "ABSENT."
The CEReKi learning path is a mandatory task to be completed online on eCampus.

Physical fitness performance
Educational grade for supervised exercises
Assessment in the weight room (performing and correcting a muscle exercise + performance criteria and muscle groups)
Rescue performance
Motivation, participation, and attendance
Completion of the Cereki learning path on eCampus and attendance at the presentation session.
