Learning unit contents

After (re)viewing the basic concepts (mole, molar mass, simplified atomic structure, and inorganic chemical nomenclature), the course will cover:

  • Calculations for concentrations and dilutions.

  • Stoichiometric calculations.

  • The concepts of chemical equilibrium.

  • Solubilization and precipitation reactions.

  • Acid-base reactions.

  • Oxidation-reduction reactions.
