Units courses prerequisite and corequisite
Prerequisite or corequisite units are presented within each program
Learning unit contents
Overview of the arts produced by Palaeolithic hunter-gatherer peoples. The plastic expressions are described in terms of their techniques, iconography, structure and chronology, with a review of the interpretations proposed over a century of research, in order to give students the best possible understanding of a complex phenomenon spanning 20,000 years.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The course provides a panoramic presentation of these different expressions, then proposes a series of methodological approaches capable of interpreting them in coherent and logical terms. Nothing, in fact, seems random in Palaeolithic art, where styles, schools and stages can be distinguished.

None.
