General introduction (geography, religion, history); presentation of the architecture and the major artistic works in chronological order, from the 7th to the first millennium BC.

"Flipped classroom" lessons for several sessions. In this case, students receive one (or more) podcast(s) to listen to, as well as a series of instructions to prepare for the course session.

A handbook of illustrations will be at the disposal of the students at the beginning of the academic year + reading extracts of book used as an introduction.
