Learning unit contents
This course encompasses the analysis of special issues of judicial law through the review of complex case studies or of hot topics.
Learning outcomes of the learning unit
The course aims to provide students with a thourough training in judicial law allowing them to solve most of the issues they may come accross during their professional life but also to acquire a general overview of the stakes at hand.
Prerequisite knowledge and skills
Success in the courses : - Les institutions judiciaires (1er bac) - Droit du procès civil (3e bac)
Planned learning activities and teaching methods
case studies or hot topics to be prepared and discussed by the students
Students will have to pick one ruling from the Supreme or the Constitutional Court and write an extensive and scientific comment of it.
