Etude des réalités politiques, sociales et culturelles des pays d'expression néerlandophone: capita selecta.

1- acquérir des connaissances encyclopédiques, historiques et contemporaines, dans les domaines cités ci-dessus
2- être capable d'évaluer de manière critique et scientifique une série d'énoncés sur les cultures néerlandophones

We will participate in the Symposium 'Salig is die Vertalers?' - Translations and exchanges between Kaaps, Dutch, and other languages - on October 25th. In preparation for this event, we will read articles and think of questions to ask the experts.

Additionally, the guest professor for the King Willem-Alexander Chair for the Study of the Netherlands, Professor Johan Heilbron, will give a lecture during one of our classes.

Examen écrit (2h) autour de quelques questions développant les grandes lignes des sujets abordés (70% de la note). Devoir écrit (15%) et présentation orale (15% non rattrapable en seconde session) au cours du quadrimestre.
