Learning unit contents
The training focuses in particular on specific interdisciplinary lessons given in pairs by a law professor and a professor from HEC Liège.
For 2024-2025, the seminar will consist of four parts:
- in-depth company law: Eric Pottier and Alexandre Streel
- Financing of the company: Frédéric Georges and Wilfried Niessen
- Banking: Benoît Waltregny and Walter Matyja.
- Socio-organizational innovations: Olivier Lisein and Matthieu Simon
