To complete the basics in mathematics (course MATH0068-1) with some more specialized areas used in other graduate courses.
After completing the course the student is expected to :
- understand eigenvalues notion
- understand the differential and integral calculus of functions of two and three variables
- solve differential equations (first and second order) using analytical and numerical methods
